By downloading, installing, or using JetLingo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

JetLingo is an AI-powered voice and text translation application that provides:

Real-time voice translation
Text translation between multiple languages
Text-to-speech audio playback
Translation history and management

3. User Accounts

To use JetLingo, you must:

Create an account with a valid email address
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be at least 13 years of age

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier: Basic translation features with usage limits.

Premium Subscription: Unlimited translations, premium voices, offline mode, and additional features.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Cancel anytime through your App Store settings
No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use JetLingo to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Use automated systems to access the service
Reverse engineer or decompile the App

6. Intellectual Property

JetLingo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Translation Accuracy

Important: JetLingo uses AI-powered translation which may not be 100% accurate. Translations should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or other critical communications. Always verify important translations with a professional translator.

8. Privacy

Your use of JetLingo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

9. Third-Party Services

JetLingo uses third-party services including Google's Gemini API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
